Standard software or custom solution? We calculate: For complex processes, custom software often pays for itself after 2-3 years. Advantages: No license costs, perfect process mapping, full control. Disadvantages: Higher initial investment, maintenance responsibility.

Flutter, React Native, or native Swift/Kotlin? Our recommendation: Flutter for 80% of projects – one code, two platforms, native performance. Native only for hardware-intensive apps or when App Store optimization is critical. PWA as a third option for simple use cases.
