Costs & Budget
What does custom software development cost?
Costs vary depending on scope and complexity. A typical MVP starts at around €20,000, while complex enterprise solutions are correspondingly higher. We provide a transparent quote after a free initial consultation.
Do you work with fixed prices?
Yes, for clearly defined scope. For agile projects with evolving requirements, we work on a time and materials basis with transparent time tracking. Hybrid models (fixed price for base features, T&M for extensions) are often ideal.
Are there hidden costs?
No. We clearly define what is included in the quote and what is not. Change requests are discussed beforehand and charged transparently. No surprises on the invoice.

Timeline & Process
How long does software development take?
An MVP is often achievable in 2–4 months. More complex systems with integrations can take 6–12 months. Through agile methods, we regularly deliver usable intermediate results – not just at the end.
How does the collaboration work?
After an initial meeting, we create a concept. Then we develop iteratively in 2-week sprints with regular demos. You always have insight and can provide early feedback. Transparency and communication are important to us.
Can we start on short notice?
In many cases, yes. Small projects or extensions can often start within a few days. For larger projects, we plan 1-2 weeks lead time for concept and team setup.
Quality & Location
Do you only develop in Germany?
Yes, we develop exclusively in Germany. Our team is based in Leer (East Frisia), and we do not work with offshore teams. This guarantees data protection, short communication paths, and the highest quality.
What technologies do you use?
We use various technologies appropriate for the project: React, Next.js, Laravel, .NET, Delphi, Flutter, Python, and more. No dogmas – we choose the best tool for the task.

Support & Maintenance
Do you also provide maintenance and support?
Yes, we offer long-term maintenance contracts with SLAs, regular updates, and emergency support. Many of our clients have been with us for over 10 years. Long-term partnerships are our model.
Do you also take over existing software?
Yes, after a code audit. We take over third-party software, stabilize it, document it, and continue development. We also get failed projects from other providers back on track.
Can we develop the software ourselves later?
Yes. You receive complete source code and documentation. We hand over cleanly and train your team if needed. You're not dependent on us – but many clients happily stay.
