AI Knowledge Base for Machine Manufacturer
A machine manufacturer faced the same challenge as many mid-sized companies: decades of know-how lived in the heads of a few experts – and risked disappearing with every retirement.
Challenge: Critical expertise on equipment, faults, and maintenance was only available from a handful of staff. New colleagues needed months to get up to speed; during outages, the right answer was often missing.
Solution: Together we captured expert knowledge in a structured way, turned it into a searchable knowledge base, and integrated an AI chatbot. Now any employee can ask for solutions in natural language at any time.
Result: Response times for technical questions dropped noticeably, onboarding was shortened, and the company retains that knowledge even after experts leave.

Logistics: Delphi dispatch moved to the cloud
A northern German logistics provider depended on legacy Delphi software: crashes, no mobile view for drivers, high maintenance—and lots of duplicate dispatch work.
Challenge: Dispatch only worked at the desk; drivers called constantly; tour changes were re-keyed. Operations could not stop during modernization.
Solution: Phased migration with partner APIs, a cloud UI, and a PWA for drivers—delivered with a clear go-live and testing plan.
Result: Less manual reconciliation, faster assignment, lower maintenance for the old stack—figures are described as a scenario on the detail case study.

MAM Baby Monitor App
MAM wanted to offer parents a smart alternative to the classic baby monitor – no extra device, with the quality and reliability parents expect.
Challenge: The app had to be market-ready within weeks, run reliably on iOS and Android, and fit seamlessly into MAM’s existing product world.
Solution: We developed a native app in close coordination with MAM: clear UX, reliable real-time audio streaming and noise activation so parents are only notified when it matters.
Result: Around 40,000 installations in the first four weeks after release – and an app that is now a core part of the MAM baby monitor family.

Presentation App
For our client AKHolding, we developed a presentation app (Android Tablet + iPad). The app displays a PDF document. At each startup, the app checks if a new version is available on the server and offers it for download. Communication between app and server uses FTP protocol, eliminating the need for API development. The app is distributed via Enterprise Developer Account and is not available in the App Store. Available for iOS and Android tablets.
CRV Cattle Breeding App
Development of a specialized app for CRV for managing and analyzing cattle breeding data. The application allows farmers to filter and compare breeding bulls by various parameters such as breed, performance data, and genetic traits to make optimal breeding decisions.

Car Dealership App
For a car dealership, we created an app for vehicle display and customer retention. Vehicle listings are imported from mobile.de or autoscout24.de, avoiding double data maintenance. No internet connection is needed to view the vehicle inventory. At startup, the app queries the API for new or updated vehicle data. The app also features a QR code scanner for finding vehicles at the dealership and adding them to a favorites list, plus a 'My Car' section for tracking inspection, MOT, and service dates.

Document Management System
Development of a customized document management system for efficient management and organization of company documents. The system offers an intuitive user interface with hierarchical structuring, version control, and comprehensive search functions. Users can categorize documents, tag them, and add metadata to improve findability.
Mobile POS System for Parking Lots
For our client, we developed a mobile POS system based on Android. The system can verify already issued tickets. New tickets can be issued and printed with receipts via the connected BLE printer. Collected amounts are recorded in the cash book and sent to the backend at daily closing. Payment can be made by cash or EC/credit card. While a permanent server connection is intended, an offline mode was implemented for safety, ensuring continued operation during server or internet outages.

OTB Cockpit - Medical Supply App
For our healthcare client, we created a cockpit app for order entry in medical supply services. The app permanently holds several hundred thousand customer and product records. The app works completely offline and can be synchronized with the server as needed. It is currently used daily by several hundred field service employees.

Interactive E-Book 'When War Stays in Mind'
Development of an interactive e-book platform for a specialist book on war traumatization. Besides the classic reading mode, the app also offers integrated audio and video elements that enrich the reading experience. Users can switch between different media formats, gaining multimedia access to sensitive topics. The platform was optimized for tablets and offers intuitive navigation between text content, audio samples, and supplementary video interviews.
EventConnect - Conference App
Development of a comprehensive conference app for event organizers and attendees. The EventConnect app provides clear access to all important event information: program, speakers, venue, and current news. Attendees can create their personal schedule, set session reminders, and connect directly with speakers and other participants. The app supports push notifications for schedule changes and important announcements.

We were commissioned by Amor Gummiwaren GmbH to complete the Vibratissimo apps. The Vibratissimo app allows a vibrator to be remotely controlled via Bluetooth or the internet. But that's not all - the app includes a complete community with features like chat, messaging system, video chat, and creation of video and image galleries.

The Apartment Finder Saxony displays the current housing offers from www.wohnungsfinder-sachsen.de. Unlike other real estate apps, this app also works offline - it can be used on the train, while traveling, or whenever you have time but no internet connection. We were commissioned by YooYuu GmbH to develop an intelligent app messenger with organizational functions for iOS and Android devices. With the YooYuu app, companies and organizations from various industries can digitally optimize communication and organization - fully GDPR compliant. The YooYuu app allows creating different groups, topic-based chats, scheduling and confirming appointments, sending information to various groups, taking notes, and reporting issues. Furthermore, the YooYuu app features an interface system enabling machine-to-human communication.

For a roller shutter manufacturer with over 100 employees, we developed a system consisting of backend and Android app. In the backend, orders can be distributed to individual tradesmen. The Android app enables measurement recording, viewing current orders, and capturing status. Materials used are also recorded via the app, so in case of a recall, the system can identify which buildings require replacement.
