Communication and organisation in one place

Companies and organisations need more than a plain chat: information must reach the right groups, appointments need to be proposed and confirmed, and there must be clear paths for notes or reporting issues—without forcing users to juggle many separate tools. From day one, the solution had to fit business expectations around privacy, traceability and dependable operation.

YooYuu GmbH wanted native iPhone and Android apps that cover this breadth of features and remain adaptable across industries—with UX that stays understandable in day-to-day use even when many people and groups are active in parallel.

Engineering: reliability, push, and extensibility

An organisational messenger must run reliably, notify users when it matters, and support clean separation of topics and groups. The design also called for interfaces that feed machine-generated events into the communication flow—for status updates or escalations—so operational and specialist teams can rely on one central app.

Native apps and structured organisation flows

We built the Yooyuu app natively for iOS and Android and unified core workflows inside the app: creating and managing groups, topic-based chats, appointments with invitation and confirmation, targeted information broadcasts, plus notes and incident reporting. The UX targets recurring team tasks—from quick updates to structured escalation.

Delivery was led by Groenewold IT Solutions in East Frisia with maintainability in mind: clear backend contracts, modular chat and organisation features, and extension points for the machine-to-human interface layer.

Privacy and fit into existing processes

Data protection was a core project goal: design and implementation follow requirements typical for business communication—from roles and group logic to secure transport patterns and an architecture aligned with the client’s policies. The app remains a suitable building block for digital organisation without losing sight of compliance.
