Digital maturity check for practical transformation priorities
Assess processes, data, system handovers, automation, and digital access. Nine questions produce a maturity level from 1 to 4 and focused recommendations.

Assess your digital maturity immediately
This digital maturity check does not count software products. It evaluates how effectively people, processes, data, and systems work together. Answer from the perspective of current daily operations. The private browser result identifies the three areas that deserve attention first.
Assess digital maturity in nine questions
The assessment runs entirely in your browser. Your answers are not transmitted.
What digital maturity means for an established business
Digital maturity describes how reliably an organization converts technology into measurable business value. Buying another system does not automatically raise maturity. Processes must be understood, data must be trustworthy, ownership must be clear, and employees need a practical way to use the solution.
The assessment therefore focuses on observable work. Manual transfers between ERP, CRM, and spreadsheets signal integration debt. Delayed management information points to fragmented sources. Unclear access roles or untested backups show that transformation and operations have not yet been designed as one system.
The four levels are not an industry ranking. They indicate the next sensible management decision. A level-one organization needs process transparency and baseline protection. At level three, scalable process automation, self-service, and better forecasting may produce the stronger return.
Seven dimensions you can observe
- Processes: Are core workflows documented, owned, and measured?
- Data: Are authoritative sources, quality rules, and maintenance responsibilities clear?
- Integration: Does information flow automatically or through files and copy-and-paste?
- Automation: Is recurring work prioritized systematically according to value?
- Security: Are roles, updates, backups, and incident paths managed consistently?
- Reporting: Can decision-makers access current indicators with reliable lineage?
- Access: Can customers and employees complete important tasks through secure self-service?
Turn the result into an actionable transformation roadmap
Ask several roles to complete the check independently. Executives, business teams, IT, and operational users often experience the same landscape in different ways. A wide spread of answers is useful evidence: expectations, responsibilities, or actual workflows are not sufficiently transparent.
Do not automatically choose the most visible technical problem. Score potential measures by impact, frequency, risk, dependencies, and delivery effort. A small process repeated hundreds of times can create value sooner than a broad platform program. Effective custom software delivery therefore starts with the business constraint, not a product name.
Establish a baseline and target before starting the first pilot. Useful indicators include handling time, error rate, follow-up questions, lead time, or the percentage of journeys completed digitally. Without a baseline, stakeholders cannot tell whether a release produced value or merely changed the interface.
Include adoption and operations in the roadmap. Data ownership, training, support, monitoring, and continued improvement are part of the solution. Digital programs rarely fail because of code alone; they more often lack durable decisions about the working day after launch.

Digital maturity check FAQ
What does the digital maturity check measure?
The check examines nine observable areas: process clarity, data quality, system handovers, automation, security, reporting, customer and employee access, and initiative governance. It provides a prioritization aid rather than a formal technical audit.
How are the maturity level and recommendations calculated?
Each answer carries a value from one to four, and the average determines the overall level. The browser also identifies the lowest-scoring topic areas and turns them into three prioritized recommendations.
Do we need to submit company data?
No. Answers and calculations remain entirely in your browser. There is no form submission, automatic storage, email transfer, user account, or profiling.
How should our organization use the result?
Review the assessment with business teams, IT, and management, and compare their perspectives. Then choose one bounded workflow with measurable value as a pilot instead of launching several disconnected digital initiatives at once.
