Power Automate workflows for SharePoint, Teams and Dynamics
For mid-sized companies: low-code automation in the Microsoft stack—with DLP, environments and governance – delivery and project ownership from Germany (Leer/East Frisia), named contacts, no offshore guesswork.
- 250+ delivered projects
- 5.0 stars on Google
- 100% engineering in Germany
We implement Microsoft Power Automate for approval workflows, notifications and data sync between SharePoint, Teams, Outlook and Dynamics—including DLP policies, environments (dev/test/prod) and documented exception handling.
Power Automate connects Microsoft 365, Dynamics and hundreds of connectors—ideal when your stack is already Microsoft-centric.
Power Automate for Microsoft-centric organisations
Power Automate (formerly Microsoft Flow) is the native automation platform for Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Teams, Outlook and Dynamics 365. Approval workflows, reminders, file routing and simple data syncs can be built without classic development—provided governance and data loss prevention (DLP) are in place from day one.
We distinguish cloud flows (API-based), desktop flows (UI automation for legacy) and business process flows in Dynamics. For mixed estates we combine Power Automate with Azure Logic Apps or n8n when non-Microsoft systems are involved.
Typical projects: automatic lead routing from Forms to CRM, SharePoint approvals with escalation, Teams alerts on ERP events or desktop flows for legacy apps without APIs.
Our services at a glance
Cloud flows & connectors
Automation between M365, Dataverse, SQL and SaaS via standard and premium connectors.
SharePoint & Teams
List workflows, document approvals, adaptive cards and Teams channel automation.
Desktop flows (RPA)
UI automation for Windows apps when cloud flows alone are not enough.
DLP & environments
Dev/test/prod environments, connector policies and solution ALM for controlled releases.
Dynamics 365 integration
Business process flows, entity triggers and synchronised customer data.
Monitoring & support
Run history analysis, error alerts and maintenance around Microsoft updates.
Governance: stop every flow becoming an island
Without a CoE and naming conventions you quickly get hundreds of undocumented flows—a security and maintenance risk. We set up environments, DLP groups, solution exports and approval processes so business can use low-code without IT losing control.
Premium connectors and AI Builder create ongoing cost—we size licences and retire unused flows so budget stays predictable.
Power Automate rollout in 4 phases
Assessment
Inventory of existing flows, licensing and shadow IT risks.
Foundation
Define environments, DLP, naming and solution structure.
Pilot flows
2–3 high-impact workflows with KPIs and documentation.
Enablement
Training, CoE rules and handover to IT/business.

„Power Automate scales only with governance. Rolling out flows without environments and DLP swaps manual work for undocumented cloud logic.“
Power Automate in mid-market: start fast, operate cleanly
Many firms already use Power Automate via ad-hoc flows in business units. We structure the estate, remove duplicates and build reusable solution packages.
Where needed we link Power Automate with /en/services/microsoft-365-consulting for tenant migration and licence optimisation.

Frequently asked questions
FAQ: Power Automate
Licences, limits and integration
Do we need premium licences for Power Automate?
Standard flows in M365 cover many internal scenarios. Premium connectors (SQL, Dynamics, HTTP with on-prem gateway) and desktop flows often need Power Automate Premium or Process licences. We map your connectors and recommend the leanest viable option.
Power Automate vs UiPath – when which?
Power Automate for Microsoft-centric processes and moderate UI automation. UiPath/enterprise RPA for complex desktop automation, high volume and strict orchestrator needs. Both can run in parallel.
What does Power Automate implementation cost?
First production flows often €6,000–15,000 setup; complex desktop flows and DLP governance accordingly higher. Licence costs (M365, Premium, Process) add on. Guidance: /en/costs/automation and /en/costs/roi-automation.
Governance, security and operations
How do we set up DLP and environments for Power Automate?
Dev, test and production environments with separated connectors, DLP policies and ALM for flows. We define who may create, approve and monitor flows—so citizen developers do not touch production data unchecked.
Can desktop flows automate legacy applications?
Yes—for Win32 apps without APIs desktop flows are often the pragmatic entry. Limits: UI changes need maintenance; at high volume we assess RPA or API alternatives. Combining with cloud flows for orchestration is common.
How do you integrate Power Automate with Teams and SharePoint?
Typical patterns: approval workflows in Teams, document routing in SharePoint, notifications from Dynamics or SQL. We use premium connectors only where needed and document permissions for GDPR-aligned operations.
