Contracts and dunning lived in Delphi
The firm tracks leases, index steps and dunning stages in a desktop suite. A new signature provider and tighter bookkeeping expectations required structured transfers.
Replacing the entire stack was neither funded nor acceptable for daily operations.
Our Solution
Package API to signature with status channel
We generate tenant-safe PDF/A bundles from Delphi, submit via REST and store signature IDs and timestamps referenceably.
Staff still see pending, signed or declined states in the familiar shell—without forcing an external portal as the primary workspace.
Exports for accounting
Monthly posting batches and AR lists export as CSV/XML aligned with the accounting partner and stored with versioning—auditable end-to-end.
Results
Operational continuity instead of a big bang
Casework stays in familiar screens; digital evidence and exports are reliable. Follow-on maintenance is supported from East Frisia.
Auditors and tax advisors receive reproducible exports; additional document types can follow the same signing pattern.
