Delphi tenancy suite: e-signatures and accounting-ready exports
Extending Delphi tenancy management with multi-client hand-off to a signature platform, structured status callbacks and batch exports for finance—existing contract lists remain the source of truth.
Delphi tenancy suite: e-signatures and accounting-ready exports
Delphi development
The Challenge
Contracts and dunning lived in Delphi
The firm tracks leases, index steps and dunning stages in a desktop suite. A new signature provider and tighter bookkeeping expectations required structured transfers.
Replacing the entire stack was neither funded nor acceptable for daily operations.
Our Solution
Package API to signature with status channel
We generate tenant-safe PDF/A bundles from Delphi, submit via REST and store signature IDs and timestamps referenceably.
Staff still see pending, signed or declined states in the familiar shell—without forcing an external portal as the primary workspace.
Exports for accounting
Monthly posting batches and AR lists export as CSV/XML aligned with the accounting partner and stored with versioning—auditable end-to-end.
Results
Operational continuity instead of a big bang
Casework stays in familiar screens; digital evidence and exports are reliable. Follow-on maintenance is supported from East Frisia.
Auditors and tax advisors receive reproducible exports; additional document types can follow the same signing pattern.
Features

Common questions about Delphi tenancy, e-signatures and accounting exports
How do accounting-ready exports work from Delphi tenancy management?
Monthly posting batches and AR lists as CSV/XML, aligned with the tax advisor and stored with versioning—reproducible for audit. Structure and fields are validated before go-live. We also bring DATEV interface expertise to ERP connectivity projects.
How is a signature platform connected to Delphi?
Tenant-safe PDF/A bundles via REST; signature IDs and timestamps return to Delphi; status (pending, signed, declined) shows in the familiar shell. Webhooks update the return channel without forcing an external portal. Built on Delphi development and API integration.
Must the legacy UI be replaced?
No—contract lists and dunning stay authoritative in Delphi; extension instead of big bang. New modules (signature, export) plug in modularly. The pattern matches legacy modernisation with continuous operations.
What testing applies to signatures and finance exports?
Cases per tenant, document type and export period; reconciliation with the tax advisor before production. Cancellation and re-signing are exercised explicitly. Follow-on work draws on Delphi maintenance and interfaces.
How are privacy and tenant separation ensured?
Separate bundles and permissions per tenant; no mixing of contract data in signature hand-offs. Role-based access in Delphi; TLS-secured transfer. Compliance aligns with GDPR-compliant development.
