Why Delphi Is Still Relevant Today
Delphi (Object Pascal) has a loyal user base – especially in the German SME sector. Many business-critical applications have been running stably for decades. Native Windows performance, rapid development, and direct hardware access are strengths that modern frameworks often cannot offer.
The problem: experienced Delphi developers are scarce. When the original developer leaves, many companies face a serious challenge. We have over 20 years of Delphi experience and also take on software without documentation.
Modernization vs. Migration
Not every old Delphi application needs to be replaced. Often, modernization is the better path: updating to current Delphi versions, new UI frameworks (VCL/FMX), improved database connectivity, adding web services.
Migration to .NET, Electron, or web makes sense when: dealing with very old unstructured code, wanting cross-platform support, or when modern web technologies are needed. We provide honest advice on what is optimal for your situation.
All Delphi Versions Supported
We work with all Delphi versions:
- Turbo Pascal, Delphi 1–7: Legacy maintenance and migration
- Delphi 2005–XE8: Unicode migration, VCL updates
- Delphi 10+: Modern development, FMX, REST
- Lazarus/FreePascal: Open-source alternative
